How long does it take to create a custom scent?

For a group of 1-3 you can expect the process to take 30 to 45 minutes. For groups of 4 or more, should expect an hour to 90 minutes

There are 3 of us coming but only one wants to make a scent, is that ok?

Yes! No problem, you are welcome to come for support

How much is a custom scent?

Each custom scent is $85 for a 50ml fragrance. You can also customize other products see full pricing here

What happens to my deposit?

We ask for a deposit for appointments of 4 or more. This is to ensure staffing and space for your group. Your deposit will be applied to your balance at checkout when you visit

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you cancel via email more than 24 hours before your scheduled time then this will be refunded in full. If you don't cancel or reschedule by that time then the deposit is forfeit under all circumstances. Please be kind to our staff, they do not have the ability to refund you in this circumstances. Cancelling or rescheduling must be done over email (either to hello@olfactorynyc.com or responding to your booking notification)

The best way to gift this is with a gift bottle! This is an empty bottle they can bring in and fill with their custom scent
